Our Vision For the Future of Forbes College

Forbes College aims to be the first school of choice of students going to higher education within the Bicol region.

Our Mission That Parents, Students and our Academic Community Must Know

Every organization has a reason for being born.  It is embodied in its mission.  For Forbes College and its education group, its mission is anchored on “enhancing lives through quality education.”   Its founders believe that through Forbes quality education, you can have a great future.  You educate yourself for success.  It is your passport to the world of opportunities where you can be somebody and make a big difference for yourself, and have positive impact on the lives of others, for your country, and all of humanity.

Forbes Educational Philosophy Everyone Must Read

Its educational philosophy is to provide practical and affordable quality education.  Practical means no unnecessary costly projects for the sake of giving assignments to students.  The lessons students must learn in classes are those they can use and apply in real life whether in their chosen profession or in business.  Affordable means a regular family with an average income should be able to pay for their children’s tuition.  Forbes quality education means providing access to knowledge and cutting-edge ideas through blended learning.  Teachers and Technology blended together.  We do not rely on the skills of teachers alone to impart knowledge, but we use internet and other information technologies to access current best practices, revolutionary ideas and great lessons students must learn in life and in their career.

We bring these global knowledge to our classrooms.

The Y pattern of our logo is taken from the Philippine Flag which represents the Filipino character of our institution.

The green color symbolizes our love of our environment, while the red color represents dynamism. Our curriculum and standards will continuously evolve to keep abreast with the fast-changing technology.

The 3 stars represent the three guiding virtues of the institution: INITIATIVE, INTEGRITY, INNOVATION.

The globe with the atom design symbolizes the global standard and technology that we seek to impart to all the students of Forbes College as their competitive edge.

The book and the grid represent the integral collaboration between education and industry which serves as the educational philosophy of the school.

The golden stem and the leaves of the laurel represent excellence.

The year 2008 represents the founding year of Forbes College.
